1 建筑工程施工管理的概念

2 建筑施工現場中的關鍵問題

建(jian)筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)關鍵之處就(jiu)是施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)識(shi),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)是整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)。但是施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)管理人員(yuan)(yuan),沒有充分意(yi)識(shi)到(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)識(shi),未能對現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)引起高度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)視,未能真(zhen)正認識(shi)到(dao)建(jian)筑施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產責任重(zhong)(zhong)大,表現(xian)(xian)(xian)在防(fang)火設(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)完善,腳手(shou)(shou)架(jia)搭建(jian)不(bu)牢靠腳手(shou)(shou)架(jia)未滿鋪,立(li)桿出現(xian)(xian)(xian)懸(xuan)空,亂搭接電(dian)線(xian),塔吊(diao)不(bu)設(she)(she)專(zhuan)用(yong)電(dian)箱,塔吊(diao)基礎不(bu)設(she)(she)防(fang)護欄桿;不(bu)佩戴安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)帽、高空作(zuo)業未系安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)帶、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)網破損、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)小組安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產意(yi)識(shi)淡薄、不(bu)勤(qin)抓、不(bu)勤(qin)講。除此(ci)之外,對國家有關安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產和(he)建(jian)筑的(de)(de)法(fa)律、法(fa)規、規范、文件等(deng)沒有深入學習,缺乏對施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)綜合管理、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)量、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)進度(du)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成本的(de)(de)控制能力,不(bu)能很好的(de)(de)控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)造(zao)價。因(yin)此(ci),建(jian)筑工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)控制就(jiu)受到(dao)了(le)管理人員(yuan)(yuan)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)問(wen)題的(de)(de)約束(shu),導致施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)(yuan)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產知識(shi)淡薄。
2.2 現場施工材料管理不足
在整(zheng)個現(xian)場(chang)施工過(guo)程(cheng)中,需要投(tou)入(ru)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)種(zhong)類廣、數量多,使管(guan)(guan)理人員很難(nan)對(dui)(dui)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)進(jin)(jin)行全面控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。在材料(liao)(liao)(liao)進(jin)(jin)工地時(shi)(shi),施工管(guan)(guan)理人員只是(shi)對(dui)(dui)產(chan)品(pin)書面檢驗及(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗測試(shi)產(chan)品(pin)質量,從(cong)而從(cong)中得到(dao)評判和控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),對(dui)(dui)于質量有問題及(ji)(ji)不符(fu)合國家規定的(de)材料(liao)(liao)(liao),沒(mei)有做(zuo)出及(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。另外,材料(liao)(liao)(liao)往往隨時(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)場(chang),這讓我們(men)很難(nan)對(dui)(dui)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)進(jin)(jin)行有效、實(shi)時(shi)(shi)以及(ji)(ji)全面的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
2.3 現場施工管理質量不完善
在施工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中,沒(mei)有(you)(you)利用完善的(de)組織管理(li)對(dui)質(zhi)量進行控制(zhi),沒(mei)有(you)(you)將質(zhi)量管理(li)過程(cheng)分(fen)割開來(例如(ru)沒(mei)有(you)(you)制(zhi)訂科學的(de)質(zhi)量目標(biao)、沒(mei)有(you)(you)安排好(hao)項目監理(li)、沒(mei)有(you)(you)優(you)化質(zhi)量的(de)控制(zhi)網絡、沒(mei)有(you)(you)實施工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、沒(mei)有(you)(you)及(ji)時反饋好(hao)各(ge)種信(xin)息(xi)等)。另外,沒(mei)有(you)(you)對(dui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項目的(de)合同環(huan)(huan)節(jie)、圖紙(zhi)設計環(huan)(huan)節(jie)、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量監督環(huan)(huan)節(jie)、材料選擇環(huan)(huan)節(jie)、竣工(gong)(gong)驗收環(huan)(huan)節(jie)等進行嚴(yan)格的(de)要求和管理(li)。從(cong)而,導致現場施工(gong)(gong)管理(li)質(zhi)量不完善。
3 加強建筑工程現場施工管理的措施
3.1 施工現場安全管理
